As far as cities go, Adelaide is pretty bloody brilliant. It’s clean, we have pretty beaches, everyone knows EVERYONE, we have a huge pair of (Malls) Balls, and really you can get anywhere in about 20 mins flat*.
The one complaint we hear (mainly from people that have recently visited Melbourne or Sydney) is that there is not enough TO DO in Adelaide — our response is usually just to simply laugh, because it could not be more wrong!
