FRUIT CRUMBLE

Served with double cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon and mint.

Ingredients :: All available from your local Romeos.

100g butter chilled

100g plain flour

100g rolled oats

1t ginger powder

1t G-Fresh Cinnamon

1kg fruits – stone fruits, berries (frozen or fresh), pears or apples

1C brown sugar

Zest of an orange

Method

Blitz or rub together with hands your flour, spices, butter and rolled oats.  This is your delicious crumble topping!

Cut your fruit all to even sizes.  Rub in to your fruit the orange zest and brown sugar.  Pour your fruit into a roasting dish, cover with your crumble topping.

Bake in the oven for 45mins or until bubbling and golden. Serve with fresh cream and/or ice-cream.
