Ingredients

1 Banana

1 cup of cut pineapple

1 cup of Mixed Berries

350mls Coconut Water

1 teaspoon G-Fresh Cinnamon (Ground)

Pinch of G-Fresh Nutmeg (Ground)

Method

Add all ingredients into blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
