Okay, this is the easiest, yummiest and most fun-looking smoothie I ever did see. My 3-year-old and I love this one! It’s super healthy, no ice cream, no milk, no added sugar.

INGREDIENTS

Frozen blueberries (1 handful)

Frozen raspberries (1 handful)

Frozen or fresh banana (1 medium)

Vanilla yoghurt (3 dessert spoons)

METHOD

Using a Bamix, NutriBullet or blender, whip up 1 banana and 1.5 dessert spoons of vanilla yoghurt. It should be thick, but runny enough to pour into a glass. Pour into glass.

(Next layer)

Blend together a handful of frozen raspberries, with 1.5 dessert spoons of vanilla yoghurt. You can use Greek yoghurt if you want to reduce the sugar content.

It should be the consistency of a McDonald’s Thickshake.  Pour into glass.

(Next layer)

Blend a handful of blueberries with a touch of water. Pour into glass.

Layer either banana or blueberries on top and you have a good-looking, super-healthy, low fat smoothie!

The kids will love it!
