Family owned and operated since 1968, Vili’s is proud to be a part of the South Australian landscape — with no signs of slowing down! This local market leader has even taken products international, with goodies up for grabs in Movie World, the Sydney Stadiums, Asia, Europe and the Pacific.
At the core of everything they do is family, community and a bloody good meat pie. And that’s why when interstaters come to town, we plan a tour to the Mall’s Balls, Monarto Zoo and to Café de Vili’s — to truly experience the best SA has to offer!
Family ties
Wandering through the Vili’s head office and factory feels like one big family meet-up. Alison, Josh and Luke Milisits are proudly continuing Vili’s legacy, but it goes far beyond blood ties.
Vili’s is home to some incredibly long-standing employees, who have a dedicated commitment to the business’s success — there are over 70 employees who have been with the company for 15+ years! When colleagues feel like family and everyone has the same goal in mind, that’s when magic can happen.

These guys are givers in every sense of the word, helping out their community whenever they can. They have ties to over 55 charities, a range of local sporting clubs they proudly give back to, and some pretty speccy support for annual events like the Variety Bash and The Novita River Run. That’s why you’ll see Vili’s popping up here, there and everywhere.
Deliciousness comes easy
We know them for their pies; we love them for their vanilla slice; and we can’t get enough of their party range, allowing us to eat 17 mini pastries without blinking an eye! While these classics will never go out of style, it’s also exciting to see the innovative creations that are coming out of the Vili’s kitchen — we’re talking about a Mexican Pie, people!
And if you need a dose of sweetness to round out a meal, keep your eyes peeled for the Vili’s Donut of the Month, which is a revolving flavour sensation, including goodies such as Baileys Irish Cream Coffee Donut, Sticky Date Pudding Donut and The Milo Cream Oreo Donut.
